The videos should answer all questions, I suspect.
However, double-check to see that the drop tube is completely fit up into the base of the Lee measure. Since it's a squeeze fit and quite malleable steel, just cushion it with a rag and use pliers to check this. Squeeze, push up--it will seat.
A few years ago, when I was having trouble getting multiple Lee measures operating consistently, I found that the drop tubes were of varying 'length'--as in not properly seated. It was possible to get one measure running with one turret of dies, but if one simply changed measures to change powders, the disk actuator operated variably.
Once they were all seated properly, and the lengths all consistent, interchangability was fine.
