Help!!!
I launched the smaller of the two recoil springs for my PT111 in to the great abyss. I called Taurus Customer No-Service, and they said they would put one in the mail for me that day. Three weeks later, no spring. I called Customer No-Service back, and they tell me the springs are on backorder, and that there is no estimated time of delivery. Any ideas out there? and yes, I am getting rid of my Taurus when I replace the spring. I have never dealt with sucha rude Customer No-Service Dept. in all of my life. It is back to Ruger for me!
