Pulled bullets from .223 tracers, what now?

Looking for some expert advice.

I acquired a bunch of .223 tracer rounds that I have no real use for, so I've pulled 50 bullets. These were originally packaged as 64 gr but actually weigh from 60.7 to 61.2 grains.

I'd like to reuse these cases as is, without wasting the powder, by just seating another bullet of the same length and weight. I have no data on what powder is in them, but they're charged to 26.1 grains of whatever it is.

Load data for 61 gr is rare, and data for various powders using 60gr vs 64gr bullets can't easily be interpolated. I know seating depth makes a big difference, and these pulled bullets are pretty long for 61gr, at 1.093, and they have a hollow base that means the case volume will be a bit greater than a flat based bullet of the same length seated to the same depth.

All this leads me here. Suggestions?

Dump the powder in a well labled container and neck size those cases. The powder in them is wc844t. You can use h335 data for it. Just start with minimum charges and work up. This powder is the same as wc844 but creates more fire to ignite the tracer rounds.

Update: Saved the WC844 for another application and loaded 10 of the primed cases with 22.8 grains of Varget and Hornady 55gr spire points. Two mags of four each of these grouped very nicely from my Savage 25, so I built the rest to the same spec.

I did have one dud primer, struck fine but would not ignite in three tries. Oddly, two Federal factory "bulk" rounds did the same thing (did not try them more than once).
