I have the option to acquire hornady's black powder measure out of an old guy's reloading room. (he's got severe lewy body dementia in a nursing home now) https://www.midwayusa.com/product/1012729113
I don't reload with black powder. Could this be used with smokeless powder? I mean, I wish I could see in the hopper, but I wonder about the adjustments. midway's site says it can adjust in 5grn increments......
I have a uniflow and a lee powder dispenser, but you cannot have to many powder measures as far as I'm concerned.

Never used one but I’d not try it for smokeless 5 grain increments ain’t going to work in cartridges where 1/10 of a grain is crucial. Black is measured in grains as a volume not weight.

I could see you using it to dump a low weight and trickle up. The black powder measures do not have any plastic parts including the hopper and come with long drop tubes. Looking at the description it seems that it is infinitely variable but may be marked for volume.
