I have a second generation Glock 17 and I just purchased a third generation 34, I prefer my 17 lower without the finger groves and the uppers interchange without any problem. But, What if I decide to sell my 17 and the slide has one serial number on it and the lower has a different serial number on it? Is this legal to sell with two serial numbers marking different parts of the gun? Would it be considered a "kit" gun? Let me know what you think.

Thanks

for legal purposes, the only # that counts is the lower frame #.after that, all you have is two mis-matched pistols jwr
