Question re: Plug for S&W Revolvers

I recall someone once made & sold a plug to fill the hole in the frame of ILS-equipped S&Ws, should the owner decide to remove the lock. Does anyone know of a current source for such a plug?

I was given a newer M629, and would like to "fix" the "manufacturing defect."
