I wanted to let everyone at THR know of a training opportunity on the weekend of May 27/28. Robin Brown, some of you may know of him as Brownie, will be coming to Knoxville to conduct a full 2 day course on Quick Kill point shooting. The course will start at 8 am Saturday morning and run all day until 5 that evening. It will continue Sunday morning at 9 am and continue until 5 that evening.

The objective of the course is for each participant to be able to use the firearm quickly and accurately to hit a target without taking the time to use the weapon's sights. Quicker times on target without sacrificing accuracy result from this training. The participants are expected to fire up to 2,000 rounds of handgun ammunition during the 2 days. Rifle training will use airguns which will be supplied.

In addition to the firearms training a 4 hour knife combat course will be conducted by Brownie the evening of the 27th.

Cost will be $400 for both days of Quick Kill with no additional cost for the evening knife course.

Let me know if you are interested.

Thanks.

I wanted to update everyone.

Mike Sastre of River City Sheaths will be coming as well as Paul Gomez. Should make for an expecially interesting weekend.

See you in a few weeks Mike.

We'll be bangin hard and fast once we start on Sat. morning.

If others are interested in reviews of the training courses and what previous students have to say they can check these links:

That should give people an idea of what they will get in Knoxville.

Folks,

We're not taking any more folks for the Quick Kill training in May. For those of you that were interested, but couldn't make Memorial Day weekend, we'll try to schedule another in early fall.
