Range Report LMT M203 40MM launcher!

well today was a great day what can i say. not only did i get off work before 1200hrs but before that i took my brand new Lewis machine and tool m203 and blasted some rds. 56 to be exact, and of course there wasn't a single problem, well there ain't much that can go wrong with em, but mine went strong all the way through, and even without a quadrant or leaf sight 1st and 2nd rd hits were easy to accomplish, and yes there was a lot of ammo at the end so after qualifying, we had a free for all and that was quite fun, i wish i had taken my camera or recorder, maybe next time. if you guys for some reason want a 40mm laucher the lmt is expensive but it works, everytime! btw i love it! i can't believe the army pays me to do this!

Wondering what kind of ammo you were using and what you got to shoot at?

We had M-79's back in the 'old days' and they really TALKED in the hands of someone who knew what they were about.

Glad Uncle is allowing you to practice before going into battle! I'm about to sign my Income Tax Check and send it in. I always put "for bombs only" in the memo line. Don't know if it means anything.....just makes me feel good!
