Range Report: SIG 225 (P6)

Took my new-to-me SIG to the range on Sunday. Put about 100 rds through it. Functioned flawlessly with new & old mags alike, except when I tried to load 2 or 3 rds, then there were failures. Offhand at 25 yds I hit ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, but it's me. I'm looking into taking a basic pistol course. Off the bench 25 yds, 1 10 ring, 1 9 ring, and the rest hit low, just south of the rings. Next time I'm trying at the 15 or 5 yard range.

All-in-all, one of the best birthday presents ever. Shows lot of holster wear, but I like it. Ammo was Blazer 9mm, and Wolf 9mm. Performed awesomely.

I bought one of these from AIM. It shoots great...finally a non Glock handgun that I like. The finish was quite worn, but I had it reblued and some nightsights dropped on it. Now I've just got to remember to keep my thumb off the slide stop lever when I'm shooting.
