Helps refresh the memory when someone easy on the eyes is doing the video.

Well, true. However, one of the last safety tips she gave was to wear clothing that prevents hot shells from getting in. Yet, her low cut blouse is a very specific no-no for women shooting. MANY women (including my own mother-in-law) have suffered burns from ejected shells when the neckline was too open. Avoiding low-cut blouses is not enough; even a demurely buttoned blouse that hangs a bit open can be a shell-trough. I once advised a young woman on her first range visit (with the boy friend who brought her) to wear a T-shirt over her blouse for this reason. They both thanked me and found one for her before entering the range.
