red dot & 1oz

I'm using red dot powder and a 1 oz shot bushing with black reminton hulls and the green wads with the winchester 209 primer, can somebody tell me where I should be at on my powder as far as grains. The Alliant data recipe chart says there isn't a recipe. Any info would be helpful. Thanks

Need a better description of "the green wads". The brand name and product number (ex. Rem R12L or Duster Green) to be exact as there are several green colored wads made.

With 1 oz. of shot you won't get in any trouble using 17-18 grs. of Red Dot. Those loads will put you in the 1180-1200 fps range with safe pressures.

Thanks for the help. I had already loaded 200 rounds at 17.8, I went outside and cracked a couple off they seemed like they were fine so I went with it.
