Is anyone aware of any options for mounting a reflex/red-dot sight on a Kimber Micro 9 that doesn't require milling the slide? I'm aware there are options for some pistols that allow you to push out your rear iron sight and replace it with a mount for a reflex. I've done a few searches and have not found anything leading me in the right direction. Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks,
Andrew

No . .100 stainless , it can be made with hand tools if you take your time . Made this for a friend who didn't want to mill his slide .
Would you consider making one to sell? Or give some pointers on how to make one? I really want one!

Make a poster paper template (what I did ) . After you get it how you want it transfer to a piece of stainless. When you bend it you have to allow for the metal thickness . Say the first attempt doesn’t turn out just right , big deal , your out maybe 3 bucks of stainless if that . Buy some wood grips that are fairly thick and cut the clearance for the mount . You got this .

I agree . Don’t know why I don’t see people making more of them . Especially the “ Oh my god don’t drill or mill your 1911, you’ll ruin the resale value “ crowd .
