So, I just got a p365XL and I'm now shopping for the combination red dot / light / holster that will fit my needs. I have found out a few things.
1. I am a big fan of the Trijicon RMR so I just ordered one of these for my p365XL.:

2. These folks will also adapt your slide to your optic so if you want a p365 with optic they can do it.
Note, I have just ordered my $40 part, so I have no experience at all with this company
3. As far as lights, it seems the TLR-6 is the best bet, especially concerning the switch location:
4. I have found this Holster company which almost fills my needs (TLR-6 & optics cut) however they do not have a p365XL with TLR-6 listed as an ordering option. I will get an email off to them today to find out more info.

IMHO It would be great if I could get a holster with good retention for my p365XL that accommodates a red dot (Trij RMR) and a good light.
