Remington 700 decision

Congrats on a fine decision. If you've not looked at them yet, take a look at Nikon Prostaff scopes. I got a 3-9x40 with BDC reticle for 159.00 at Gander Mtn. Couldn't be happier with it.
With that on my Rem 700 I'm shooting sub 1" groups at 100 yds with Rem Corelokt factory ammo.

Already taken it out, but left the camera at home.
I don't have a scope mounted/picked out yet, so I test fired using open sights. Only had a 30 yard target as I was primarily using my 10/22, but I wouldn't use open sights much farther than that anyways.
Slick as can be, just like any other 700. Maybe not as refined as my dad's '63 BDL, but it'll do just fine.
Core-Lokt is all my family uses to hunt with. Typically 180 Gr. But all Wal-Mart had in stock was 165. Maybe I can bum a few shells come deer season.
