Remington Arms Mosin Nagant

any one have any idea what this rifle is worth in i would call it poor to decent condition. i found one at the gun shop and they want 400$ for it.

it has the Remington Arms Hex receiver with the czar eagles on it. iirc it was date stamped 1917 or 1916. the stock is in decent shape, the blue i would call it maybe 20-30% if that lol bore looks decent had a bunch of dust in it though.

not sure what the remington mosin nagant rifles run but i saw that and a German Markarov with bakelite grips for 359$ in what looks like excellent shape.

so should i spend my money on the Mosin or Makarov pistol?!?!?!?!
