Remington factory service turnaround....

I was wondering if anyone had any idea what the expected turnaround is for repairs by the Remington factory. I had mailed a rifle to them back around the 9th of November (received it on November 14) and the website says that the rifle has been "received and logged in". I didn't know if this was typical or if they are backlogged with repairs due to hunting seasons or something. I am tempted to call them but didn't want to rush them into doing a mediocre repair. Thanks for any feedback.
