Dont get your panties in a bunch, this isn't some chinese gulag for the falun gong. The legal burden of bringing a "treason" charge around here is a bit more substantial than you're used to seeing.
Like it or not, that news paper is protected under the 1st amendment.

They can no longer say that you are supposed to "interpet" the 2nd Amendment as a collective right.
All they can do is repeal it, since they know it's an individual right.

He uses his 1A rights to gore my 2A rights.
I don't think he'd talk so smug if armed citizens used the 2A to silence his 1A.
The problem here is these types of guys always think the Bill of Rights (and The Ten Commandments, for that matter) are a smorgasbord where their preferences provide the authority to pick and choose.
"Oh, I'm a reporter, I like 1A, but those nasty NRA types use the 2A, 5A and the 10A to blunt all of my attempts to build the country in my image."
They will pervert any document if a liberal cause needs to become a "right," but the printed enumerated rights can be erased on a whim.
