That happened to my Dillon 500 tumbler. I made the repair with some silicone by adding it in the void with that worn rubber bushing and after curing it has been running for about 6 more years so far.

Oh, I am... that's why the tumbler remains in the garage along with the shotshell loader.

I recently pulled it apart to fix the holes in the bowl with silicone... it's good to go, and I have the lid setup with bolts and a washer underneath it so I can crank it down tight without splitting the lid.
