Restoring The Constitution!!

I am worried about two things ---!
The First amendment =The Dem's want to bring back the fairness doctrine [the hush Rush bill] where AM talk radio will have to give equal time to antis.
We already have little voice and the major media is a flaming Propaganda machine for the liberal Democrats .

The second Amendment--We all know the libs are salivating at the thought of gun bans -and they even say so on Change .com Yo mommas web site!


Just when would we be justified in revolution to restore the Constitution.


Its like this --First the Dem's take our first amendment rights and then our Snd.amendment rights - dosent the Constitution protect those rights for all???

-How long after that would it take for us to be like England??? I frankly would rather die than live in socialist England!

The venue to bring challenge to the constitutionality of any law or policy of the Federal Government is through the courts, a la Heller.

The Supreme Court is the final arbiter of constitutionality.

You don't get to decide: they do. If you think a law is unconstitutional, bring suit. Seriously.

If the government were to openly flout SCOTUS rulings, or flatly refuse to abide by the results of free and fair elections, then it might be time to start calling for impeachment. "Restoration of the Constitution" by force of arms, to be justified, would really require that all other constituional remedies ahd been tried and had failed.
