I too have an affinity for the older large frame S&Ws. I'd like the find a 4" .38-44 Heavy Duty, throw on a Tyler T-grip adapter and a nice set of Stags or black Buffalo horn.

Love me some N-Frames as well, only have two though; a 28-2 and a Second Model in 44 special

A Sig P220 Legion. But since I already own an older P220 (1980's), and the Legion's MSRP is over $1400, I don't see it happening.

A trip to Bruce Grey for trigher work will cost ya less than a Legion and give you the best part.

Though the Legions small beavertail is pretty nice.

Since I don't care for safe queens,, none I can think of. My wife learned a long time ago, if I want it, I will have it, and I expect her to do the same. It is nice though when she tell's me all the time she really doesn't want anything, but it does make Christmas shopping difficult!;)

Webley Fosbery. Last one I saw in person was $7000. They are going for over $10,000 now.

HK P7 and a Casull .353 (early-mid 90's) If I had known how the Python would have gone into orbit I'd have bought that instead of the 686s. But then now I wouldn't want to shoot it so the 686s are fine.

Until I reached 50 I tried to be satisfied with what I thought I could afford.Or what I was told we could afford. Then I heard the quote “I spent my money on Whisky, Women and Faster Horses the rest I waisted”
Buy that Coonan/BFR/Big Horn Armory. The Big Grin factor makes it worth it.
