Round balls on sale

MidwayUSA has Speer and Hornady round balls on sale right now. The Speers particularly are a decent deal. All of the common revolver ball sizes (451, 454, 457) are around 40% off regular price. Also .490's are almost half off.
The Hornadys aren't as deeply discounted, looks like 20 to 25 percent depending on the size.

Wow. I just find it so easy to run ball, it isn't worth buying. I use Lyman 4 banger molds for ball, but track of the wolf exclusively stocks 6 banger lee ball molds.

I have a 6 cavity Lee mold for 454. But only 2 cavity for 457. Seems to take forever.

Only cast 454s. Once I get the Lyman 4 cavity up to proper heat, it rains balls.

I received my order of .457 Speers today, ordered Monday when I posted this. That's exceptionally fast shipping.

Like a few of you I cast nearly everything I shoot. All of my ball molds are two cavity. Having a pile of these gives me time to do other stuff, or cast something that isn't so cheap/easy to buy like minie balls.

With the free shipping code it was a pretty nice deal.
