Found this one traded in to a local shop last week. "Original" Vaquero in .357, made in 1997.

Has a little holster wear, but in great shape otherwise!
 
Nice!!

Holster wear adds character to a gun unless you're a collector that is.




I want a 6" 586 to go with my 686 6" bad guy good guy hehe.




Blued revolvers just seem proper.
 
Nice find it looks like it will make a great shooter also IMO it would make a great "BBQ gun".
 
In going over it, I realized that almost all the "wear" is on the ejector rod housing, which I think on these may be aluminum.

Wonder if its worth replacing it with a new one?
 
I passed one up about three months ago. It had a case hardened frame and stag grips on it. My LGS wanted $500 for it and I blinked. It was gone quickly. :eek:
