I recently purchased a LCP and as you know their mags have a warning label on them...its a silly question...but after removing the sticker(which i have didnt like a ol sticker on it)...what is the best and safest w/o damaging anything to get the little sticky junk off the mag?

Thanks..........BTW it has fired PERFECT NOT A SINGLE ISSUE

I keep a bottle of Formby's Buildup Remover (think it was formerly called Furniture Cleaner) for removing pesky stick-on label adhesives-I had to use it on my LCP magazines.

It's available at WalMart and is cheap-found in the paint section?, and is green in color.
I also have Goo-Gone, but it's much thicker-I prefer the thinner Formby stuff.

Just squirt a little on a paper towel (may require using a couple of different areas as the glue disolves/smears), rub 'til gone, and follow with some gun oil etc for good measure.

The Formby stuff is one o' my most used cleaners around the house!
EDIT: I have had stuff WD40 did not do a good job on that the Formby's handled easily.

Get some of your wife's finger nail polish remover, that will take it right off easy. I kinda snuck a bottle of my girlfriends and keep it out in the garage. it works well for any type of adhesives. I use it when I have to replace my boat registration sticker. It removes that glue residue very well. thats what I used on my LCP mag to clean the glue off.

I use elbow grease. It comes in a convenient rolled-up shirt sleeve and is guaranteed or your money back. Plus some nail-polish remover from the wife's bathroom.
