Some later release MK's are now shipping with the new rear sight. It's available on ShopRuger Ruger LINK for upgrading old series sights if desired.

Please allow me to ask can you put the new sights on the mark III-IV tappered barrel and lastly is available a taller front sight for them.
I could be a nice addition to my herd, (my wife is not around.)

The new sight will fit the MK III - MKIV. A taller front sight for tapered barrels part # A01501 I believe will be required. Call or write Ruger customer service to confirm front sight requirements and availability.
