I took this out of the safe. I just love this little gun, 5.5 barrel. Manf 1976. Looks about new still. I shoot it, don't really carry it. But I love to shoot it. I cant think of a better survival gun then the Single Six. Light weight, no recoil, super reliable and accurate. Cheap on the ammo. And just damn pretty. I really should pack this around a little more.
Who shoots the Ruger steel?

what, no pics?

my bearcat (1960 vintage) goes with me almost everywhere when i'm out riding in the national forest. it stays in my pack.

nice thing about the 22lr is 100 rounds weighs less than a pound and packs real small.
