Not really the same gun and not approved for use in SASS. But was really just commenting on this particular gun and Ruger era.

Same hammer, trigger, transfer bar, firing pin assy, same small lockwork save the 7rnd pawl, same barrel blanks with a shorter tenon, same frame (really the defining feature of “same gun,”), same grip frame, same ejector assembly. Sure, you’re right, it says Single Seven on the side instead of 6.
