SAF has launched a new project to challenge red flag laws that violate Constitutional protections

A couple of days ago they filed suit against Maryland, now they are expanding their efforts to six states that have red flag laws that deny due process (California, Florida, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey and Washington). They have dubbed the new project 'Capture the Flag'.
