Hey Guys, about this time for the last few years I have made a few batches of my Saluda Drop Point Hunter to have in stock for guys who want a great handmade blade for hunting season.
This year is no different! This week I have 3 Saluda ready to go, in 80CRV2 high carbon steel.
I heat treated them to HRC 61 for a wicked sharp edge, and great toughness
These knives go through deer like a laser beam.
The 4" Drop Point blade and ergonomic handle design make for an intuitive tool.

THE MIDDLE WALNUT KNIFE IS SPOKEN FOR!!

I have one Walnut and one Arizona Desert Ironwood ready to go

The come with a Handmade American leather sheath with dangler
Treated with beeswax.

80CRV2 is a terrific High Carbon Steel which can be touched up with a steel or stone in the field, and holds a great edge.
My Walnut is from Old California Trees, and is over 100 years old. and has great depth and warmth.

Thanks for looking!

Ya don't see ironwood like that much any longer. Got any more of it?

Wonder what a raindrop and that would look like together? Too "busy"?
