They sent an email today urging donations since this is "Giving Tuesday". Donations are tax-deductible.

They always need money, For almost 30 yrs they have needed money. I was a member for a long time but finally got old and figured I needed it more than they did.

....we all need money. Even being on the no-call list, I still get phone calls at supper time from telemarketers. Too many of those types of organizations are top heavy with executive salaries and the perks they provide for them. I'm giving my monies this Holiday season to those folks that really need it. Toys for Tots, One Warm Coat, etc. As for the 2nd, I'll support it with my voice and my vote. Still the most efficient.

I give to them constantly through smile.amazon.com. You sign up for a charity to donate to and Amazon gives something like half a percent of each of your purchases to them.

Life member. I think they’re a good organization and their financials seem okay. Certainly better than some other organizations that rent apartments for the leadership’s mistresses.
