Ok so I am sitting in my living room watching CNN , because I am always interested in what is going on in the US of A because my own country sucks and our president is a criminal with no education so local politics is like a program of LA Law mixed with Police academy where the criminals always get away.

Now when I watch CNN I dont really pay too much attention I usually wait for the BREAKING NEWS parts .....

So the Donald is on ( he seems to be on quite a lot lately) and he mentions Hillary would scrap the second amendment if she becomes president  and I start paying attention .... so now I want to know ? is it really that easy ? is it possible for an amercian president to just do that ? In our little banana republic you need two thirds of the population to vote for you before you can change our constitution , isn't it the same in the USA ?

No, the President cannot simply "get rid of" a constitutional provision.
The Founding Fathers said:
Article. V.

The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as Part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress; Provided that no Amendment which may be made prior to the Year One thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any Manner affect the first and fourth Clauses in the Ninth Section of the first Article; and that no State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate.

However, with that said, this is the Activism forum, which states, as part of its rules:

This forum is dedicated to activism to promote the RKBA.

It is the place to share with others the actions you have taken on behalf of RKBA or to propose practical and workable actions on behalf of RKBA. It is NOT the "Complaints Department".

actions taken or proposed on behalf of RKBA means that your post must describe an action taken or propose a clear concise plan of action or present real tools on behalf of RKBA or it will be deleted.
