Series 70 Colt

[Condition One]

At a gun shop today I saw a old new gun. A 70 series Colt, new in the box with all paper work. The box was a little worn but inside the white foam liner was a blue steel 1911. It locked up tight and very little play in the slide to frame fit. Trigger was nothing to right home about but I can fix that. I guess the question is, how much would you expect to pay for such a gun? Finish is 100% and never a round sent down range.

What Colt 1911, Government model, all steel Combat
Commander, Lightweight Commander? Type of finish,
Std blue, Nickel, Satin Nickel? A little more information
would be helpful in determining the guns value.
