Here is a brief description of what you can expect:

The Shooting Around Vehicles (SAV) course is designed to provide shooters with the opportunity to develop their skills with moving and shooting around motor vehicles. The course will cover topics such as: shooting inside of vehicles, shooting outside of vehicles, movement around vehicles, and unconventional shooting positions. This is an intermediate level course with a limited class size.

*The following principles will be strongly reinforced throughout the course:
*Know and adhere to the real world safety rules that govern professional firearms handling.
*Only accurate hits on target can decide the fight in your favor – therefore accuracy is King.

This class sounds uncomfortably vague and not very useful. I'd feel much better with a "Shooting against vehicles" course, teaching you tactics for dealing with an opponent in a vehicle. It would incorporate pretty much everything here, but actually provide useful knowledge.

Unconventional tactic for dealing with an opponent in a vehicle: use incendiary rounds. The idea is that you don't have to directly hit the person. The shower of 3000-5000 degree sparks released upon passing through the glass will do that, and will also set the interior of the vehicle on fire. It will definitely cause an immediate flinch and panic.

I took a class with this group about 10 months ago (if memory serves me right). It was another one-day course dealing with low light shooting. They handled the fairly large group well, brought some people up to speed quickly that were a bit behind, then took the group through reps in different conditions/using different techniques for us to feel things out for ourselves.

Despite having had some training in low light conditions of a different nature, and having opportunities to shoot in the dark on my own from time to time, it was a very useful tune-up and well worth the price. I imagine the car-shooting class would be the same (and I would take it if I could).

Really in terms of training fees this is reasonable ESPECIALLY because you have to realize you are paying for a lot more than typical range use: with a vehicle course it's not exactly easy to find cars to shoot up (and getting them to/from the range isn't cheap either). I would say go for it to anyone in the area.

What do you want it to say exactly? I think it's pretty clear. Having had somewhat similar training with other trainers I can guarantee that the coursework is anything but vague. There are many, many things to keep in mind and tasks to juggle that are very different from conventional shooting scenarios (whatever those are).

Seeing how the average person is surrounded by vehicles daily and typically use a motor vehicle to get from point A to point B, it makes sense to me to understand how to shoot from inside, outside, underneath, etc of one.

The chances of you being attacked by a person thats inside of a vehicle, or using the vheicle against you, is much lower in my expereince than a lethal force threat being initiated from outside of your vehicle.
