We are really liking the look and feel of ADCOR's Gas Piston Rifle (MB-RFP). With sights, MSRP is a little over $2000 in 16, 18, and 20".

As a FN-FAL fan, I really like the forward charging handle, in addition to the stock AR15 type.

This was an impressive gas Piston rifle. Fits together relatively tightly, easy to disassemble, you can see the modified bolt carrier assembly here (apparently the bolt is what you'd expect in an AR). I've never been a fan of the FAL style charging handle on the left, but this rifles gives you the option of using that or the regular charging handle. Charging handle was as easy to use as in a regular AR, btw.

Saw that in shotgun news the other day. I'm not big on piston ARs but this one looks pretty neat. Especially the "wiper" assembly thing. I wonder how well that thing works in keeping dust out?

I'm not an AR guru (though i can probably still disassemble and reassemble in EIB time), but I was impressed with the lack of complexity of this gun.

Interesting news here: they expect to have a .308 version of this rifle out by mid year. It'll take SR25 magazines, but it still looks to be an exciting product.

Where to buy?

How can I get a hold of one of these rifles? I can't find an online dealer anywhere.
