What do you want to see about or see pictures of?

The 2012 Shot Show is less than a month away and some of the staff will be there to see and report on who will be new for the coming year. We'd be interested in hearing what the membership is interested in hearing about and/or seeing pictures of.

Well I'd like to see any and all info on new .22LR rifles, handguns, and revolvers(especially revolvers since I'll be in the market for one in the coming months.)

New Frontier Armory, LLC

Kick the tires on that $99 polymer complete lower they have been talking about. I am itching to buy one, would like some first hand evaluation before pulling the trigger.

If you guys get to shoot that Colt 7.62/5.56 convertable on media day would love to hear about that--and anything Colt is up to.

See if the slim line Glock 9mm or the Glock carbine are there.

Ducking for cover.

Interested in new innovative handguns and what's new and lightweight in the 223s.

Two things come to mind
1. I'd love to see if Rufer has new versions of the Gunsite Scout.
2. I'd love for someone to talk to the Marlin, Remington folks and have a frank discussion regarding the lever actions manufactured in the new plant. I got one and it should have never passed QC and went out the door. Its being fixed by a reputable gunsmith on my dime. They halted production on many lever action models 2H2011 and I'd love to hear a honest answer on what they've done. I'm a huge marlin fan and am hopeful this mfg hickup is fixed soon.

How about something that isn't "black", "plastic", or "tactical" for those of us who appreciate fine firearms?

Test fire the new pocket pistols by Boberg, etc.

I'm holding off on buying a new gun until I see what is new.

I'd love to get a slim-line Glock 9mm for concealed carry.

Saw rumours of a 22 Mag and 9m (reissue) of the SP101.

Slimline Bodyguard in 9mm from SW.

And
Judge in 40 mm Bofors. - just kidding on this one.

Dhow that stuff that's different! An AR is an AR, we've all seen them. Not much else can be done to them. Same with 1911's. Unless it's a new model or a drastically new variation, why bother? Otherwise it's like going to an auto show and showing pictures of a model car that doesn't have any changes to it.

why go? So I can talk to my distributors in person and be there to get in on the front end of the alloted items which everyone wants. To see any new products and be able to order them right there so I can get them sooner than later.
To be able to connect straight to the makers of most products without going threw a middle man (distributor).
My share for a round trip airfare and 4 nights at a nice casino next to the convention is like $270. Since I do not gamble anymore I go for the show, great food and entertainment. Plus the collectors show at the riviara is a great place to pick up that hard to find gun or part you have been looking for.
yeah some of that I can do on the phone but heck for going for that low price and to get a chance to get out of this cold weather for a few days is well worth it.

Affordable guns. I'd like to see new guns that the average Joe can own without taking out a second mortgage. And no more black rifles ... please!

Thanks for asking!

I would like to see what direction the 1911 will be taking the next 100 yrs. Colt in particular. If glock is ready to release a carbine that would be cool too
