Don't Trust Kimson Handicraft!

I purchased some merchandise from Kimson Handicraft through PayPay on Oct. 9, 2010, 11 months ago.
Kimson assured me as recently as 7/5/11 they would ship.
Two months later and still nothing! And Paypal won't assist because more than 45 days old.

Hate to hear that.

And I will agree that PayPal is pretty impotent when it comes to helping people out. I had a similar situation with PayPal not too long ago. One of those "sorry bout your luck" kind of responses.

Here are two of my purtier sets of grips, I bought the Super Blackhawk set from Hogue, and the SW1911 was wearing those when it left the factory

It's been a while since this thread was updated, but I have finished some new grips (finally).


Laminated walnut and maple veneers.


Walnut and maple diamond check pattern. I did show a photo of this before, but I didn't like the way the finish ended up, so I refinished them.

edit: this being a grip thread and all just realized you might want to know what they are... on the left are the grips that came with my ltd edition sw1911, on the right are Ajax panels I was lucky enough to find on ebay, in my own state of residence! Seller was nice enough to close the auction early when i told him how badly I wanted them
