I have once or twice heard mention of fellows adding an extra slot to a SIG magazine (228? 226?), then using it in their PC9 carbine.
Since I have plenty of SIG P228 magazines around, and have no desire to own a 9mm Ruger pistol, is this the case? Can I modify the mags to fit? I think it would be very cool to have a 9mm carbine that takes the same mags as my SIG.
Along these lines, how does one cut the new slot/notch into the mag? Dremel?
