Working off the repeated anecdotal claim a SIG P320 barrel being compatible with a SIG P250.

I need to get a 1/2X28 threaded barrel.
I REALLY REALLY prefer a CHF/polygonal barrel. Why? I am lazy. All my polygonal rifling barrels take two or maybe three patches to get to a perfectly whit patch. All my other barrels practically never result in a really white patch. Then all the other benefits.
I would really prefer a nitride finish, but stainless is OK.
I see a number of aftermarket barrels, but I can't find the type of rifling listed on any of them. Does anyone have one or has looked at them before to know which ones are CHF? I will double-check with the manufacturer before I order one, but I would prefer some leads before I just start spamming e-mails to everyone.

Given the cost of the machines to produce CHF barrels, I doubt you will find many, if any, actually produced by aftermarket makers.

You might be right. I thought the process was to hammer forge a 9mm blank, then the firearm specific dimensions were attached. Weld/solder? I guess I need to pull a couple barrels and look at the ?lugs?
maybe I can get a conversion solution without adding too much length/weight.

And Kahr has been using CHF barrels for more than a decade, long before they really had much volume. I just don't get it.
