Anybody use Slip 2000's Carbon Killer? I have heard nothing but good things about it and was wanting some first hand opinions.

I have been using it for about a year. Without a bore scope I never would have known carbon buildup was there. It starts at the throat and coats the lands for 5 or 6 inches, most solvents won't touch it. Even with Slip 2000, a stiff brush or even a mild abrasive such as JB is still necessary. On heavily fouled barrels there can even be successive layers of copper and carbon, each covering the other. This is with match quality barrels ( Krieger, Shilen, and Hart ), I know the dangers of over cleaning, a bore scope lets me know when to stop.
