Stag Arms Model 7-Magpul PRS upgrade

Hi,

I just ordered the Magpul PRS stock as an upgrade to my Stag Model 7 6.8SPC. The Stag has a standard A-2 stock.

Question is will I need any other parts to install this stock?

No, you won't need anything else to install the PRS.

Just a warning that the PRS stock is heavy. If the rifle is a bench gun you are alright, but if you want to carry it all day as a SHTF rifle, you made the wrong choice in a stock.

Thanks for the reply.

This rifle is a varminter. The out of the box weight of the rifle is 10 lbs. The weight of the stock is not an issue.

Only thing I wasn't sure about was commercial spec rifle tube v. military spec.

Any ideas?
