I’ve started to read some of the threads on the Star BM especially sights. I recently got one and think it’s a great shooter, but with several isssues many people point out, the sights for me being most problematic. There’s some good information for the rear sight, less for the front, so I thought I’d share a simple modification to the sight blade that makes a difference, at least for me.
This is after drilling and glowin the dark, though you could also just use a good multi surface hobby paint.
And these are the paints I’ve used for similar projects. The glowin the dark paint is actually pretty good stuff.
