Stevens Model 520 Ejector

I have a stevens 520 I am working on. It will not release the shell after extraction. A screw is missing and i am assuming it held a part on the inside of the receiver that pushes in on the extractor on the bolt opposite the ejection port to release the shell. Does anyone know what parts I am missing and where I can get them. Pictures would be great. Maybe even measurements in case I have to make one. Thanks for any help. My email is [email protected]

Thanks for the info. Do you know what is the part I am looking for is called in this diagram? I have never actually seen it all I have is a rectangular slot and a screw hole.

Sounds like you're missing the ejector and screw. Numrich has the screw but appears to be out of ejectors. Try www.jackfirstgun.com or www.poppertsgunparts or www.gun-parts.com.

Those parts are getting hard to find, too many are lost. Use some Lock-Tite on the screw to prevent future loss.
