I had a nice trip to the range today....took my "new" Bushmaster and a couple of reloads, one with 55 grain sierras, the other with 55 grain Nosler btsps. A "starter" load of Varget.
I'm 66 years old, eyes aren't what they used to be, but with a nice 6X scope I fired a 5/8" ctc group. Haven't done that in years.
Gun has no tuning, loads not "worked up". First five shots were an inch and a quarter, then, an inch, then the final one. I feel good, as James Brown used to say. All at 100 yards.
