Last week while cleaning my Glenfield 60 that was having some issues with light strikes in 15* weather due to a dirty firing pin groove, I got to wondering if someone had made a striker fired (instead of hammer) .22 autoloader. I look up a Google search and find that there are a few out there.

Ever since then, I have had a big urge to pick one up. Of course, I have no problem with more rifles :D, but why do I have this urge? What would I gain with striker beyond having a different action to take apart (engineering major  ). I've already got three .22 rifles but the idea of adding another one keeps coming back to me.
