All. On the chance that it would work, I ordered up a striplula magazine loader, designed for use with the STANAG M16 type magazines. I had hoped it would work on the HK 93 magazines.
It worked perfectly, just right out of the package, without any modification. The little tabs that engage the magazine have to spread out some to accommodate the wider loading box portion of the HK magazine, but it worked just fine. The polymer it is constructed of seems quite tough. It loads loose rounds and rounds from the M16 stripper clips equally well. It is also a handy magazine unloader, although the little tab for that use is a bit wide for the narrow space between the magazine lips.
Since the HK 93 type magazines are very expensive, relatively speaking, this device will be helpful to those who would seek to shoot 3 gun or other similar games. Load up the mags from the stripper clips, and dump the leftover rounds after your stage into a bag or box. No more thumb busting!
It is a handy device.
Mind you this was on a warm day, but no telling how it would perform on a cold day.
