Swiss K11 COL

I just purchased a nice k11 (7.5x55) and am in the process of working up some rounds for it. I’m having trouble deciding cartridge overall length. The k11 has a deeper throat than the k31. I measured the magazine length (follower length) at 3.06” … if the cartridge approaches that length the bullet engagement is well short of the canalure.

Please share your experience ….
