T/C Encore ?

I wont to do or have a trigger job done on my Encore. How hard is this to do. I have built a couple of black powder rifles from scratch stocks and all without any trouble. The trigger is 5 pounds now and would like it around 2 pounds.
Who is a good smith to have this done?
