"By answering your National Gun Owner's Action Survey, you'll be providing indisputable proof that we will FIGHT BACK and DEFEAT any politician who attacks our fundamental gun rights. Please answer this critical survey now. And please, make your personal commitment to keep your freedom and join the NRA today."

Sorry if this has already been posted.

Tried and true fundraising tool. I've been getting similar mailings for years. Utterly worthless as "polling."

Survey says . . . you'll get lots of spam if you give them valid information. They're being deceptive to build their mailing list, this "survey" is useless.

I also found their poll useless as the choices are aimed at getting a set response. Just look at the one on the US and UN trying to take your guns, you either for it vote yes other wise no last choice is no opinion. Now that assumes they aren't actually distorting what the UN Treaty they are talking about means. I'm a life time member of the NRA but I'm really considering telling them where to put their propaganda since Obama got elected the first time. I never heard a word from then till he won his first term since I've been bombarded with phone calls by youngsters asking questions the don't understand, to almost daily mailing trying to sell me something or asking for me to give them more money. I've been a member since I was 18 and now 66, I've yet to get a magazine that they supposedly send by the way.

I'm already a member so they send me plenty of junk mail anyways, lol, I don't think this survey will add more since they already have my email address.

I actually let my membership lapse because of all the junk poll mail. And the steady decrease in the quality of American Rifleman. And the unsolicited DVD's on how to be super tactical and all of the threatening letters asking me to pay for it or return it. And all the cheap Chinese knives and range bag offers.

Only problem I see with the poll is the lack of an, "I'm already a member of the NRA" bullet below the question will you become a member of the NRA to help the cause.

So, no would probably be the correct answer, as the info you give will eventually let them know your membership...I hope.

OK, I'm a stickler for NRA junk mail, I took the survey, already a member, and at least the mailings may be used as kindling or targets. Nothing goes to waste around here.
