Thats right, i wanna hear anything and everything about these guns, im going to be purchasing one this weekend, and want to hear stories prices, ETC ETC. Thanks.

There are many recent threads on these rifles. Try a search. Here's a summary, IMHO.

-Century Arms builds these. They are not known for good quality control. So there are some CETMEs with canted sights, etc.

-The design is excellent. Predecessor of the G3. Reliable and accurate.

-If you get a good one, it will be a sweet shooter. I love mine, and I've read some nice posts by Marko Kloos and others. Mine shoots 2MOA with the iron sights. Love those 4" groups at 200 yards. Recoil is very light for a .308. Totally reliable. But I had to modify the sights to get it zeroed.

Be prepared to return it if you get a bad one. Century will make it right.

I guess i should have mentioned im buying at a gunshow, so i will be able to look over the one i am going to buy.

Slimjim,

I agree with the previous poster... If you get one without problems, they're great shooters, and affordable.

Mine was OK from the factory, and is my favority semi-auto to shoot.

I figured ill get one after reading good reviews, and after making sure i get one made by a happy worker, and not one made at 5pm on a friday evening.

Also, i need to make use of all that cheap 308 surplus thats out there :) And the mini 30 just doesnt clear the range out :p Just kidding. I need a semi auto that has muzzle flash like my mosin :p

But seriously,I heard if you get a good one, you get a good one. That will shoot pretty good groups.
