(Fort Worth, Texas-AP) -- Police in Texas say a burglary suspect's mistakes made catching him pretty easy.
Police say they caught the man taking a nap after he allegedly broke into a store in Mineral Wells -- about 50 miles west of Fort Worth.
The store is owned by the wife of the county district attorney.
An employee became suspicious when she arrived to open the store yesterday morning. She noticed someone had used the store's toilet without flushing -- and left a pistol on the bathroom counter.
She then found the man snoozing away on a bed the store had for sale.
After police took the man into custody, the employee said "I think he was a pretty dumb burglar. ":banghead:
