Maaybe "happy" fits better right now. There's a celebratory air about the place, maybe because we're so tickled that THR seems to be all we hoped it would be. Most importantly, the ambiance seems to be very similar to that of TFL, which we will all miss very much, and we're happy to find this comfortable place.

Okay, okay, "yappy" works too....
